Use of fPM and ByteFwd Services

These terms govern your use of fPM, a product of ByteFwd. fPM is designed to help you manage interruptions with contact-level notification control across supported platforms. By accessing or using fPM, you agree to these terms and any updates we publish.

1. Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use fPM. If you use fPM on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

fPM provides a privacy-first notification management service. It enables users to block or allow contacts across one or more connected apps, apply schedules, and receive summaries of blocked activity. fPM is not a general messaging service and does not guarantee that messages will be delivered by third-party apps or networks.

We may update supported platforms, integrations, and features over time. The current service offering is subject to change, and we are not liable for changes made by third-party platforms or operating system providers.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining your login credentials, and selecting contacts, schedules, and safety options that meet your needs. You agree not to use fPM for illegal, abusive, or deceptive purposes.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including any rules governing notification filtering, communications, or workplace policies that may apply to your use of the service.

4. Privacy and Data

fPM is built on a privacy-first principle. We do not read or store the content of your messages. We only process metadata needed to identify senders, apply block rules, and provide summaries. For more details, review our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

ByteFwd and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in fPM, including its software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from fPM except as expressly permitted in writing.

6. Disclaimers

fPM is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, app, or notification platform. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by changes to third-party platforms, operating systems, or network providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByteFwd and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of fPM. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms will not exceed the fees you have paid for the service in the prior 12 months, or one hundred rupees if you have not paid fees.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. We will publish updates on this page and, when appropriate, notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of fPM after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ByteFwd is headquartered, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

10. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, please contact us through the information provided on the fPM website or via the ByteFwd support channels.
